1 scoop Body Fortress Super Advanced Creatine powder
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into a rocks glass. Play Les Miserables’ “Bring Him Home” on your iPod but mouth lyrics to “Eye of the Tiger” so no one knows.

- alarm clock
Set alarm clock for 6am. Blend all ingredients until smooth texture is formed. Drink straight from blender. Accomplish more by 9am than I will all day.
